Talika Lash Conditioning Oil-Free Cleaner

When it comes to eye makeup removers I'm pretty skeptical.  Thanks to my ma I've always used either baby or coconut oil to dissolve and remove the makeup followed by my usual face wash regimen.  Up till now I've never had issues regarding sensitivity or a dehydrated eye area and always have glossy and healthy lashes.  Lately I've been testing out Talika's Lash Conditioning Oil-Free Cleanser ($24)  which I picked up at a blogger event during the Fashion Week frenzy.  Lash Conditioning has impressed the socks off me and here's why.

The pearly aqua blue liquid feels very hydrating on the delicate  eye area and is super gentle.  Better still the cleanser feels soothing on tired and weary eyes.  I love the way it stands out in my bathroom and remains distinguished from other products lurking in the medicine cabinet.  Genius.

In terms of cleansing ability, Lash Conditioning dissolves eye makeup effectively while protecting the eye area from dehydration and irritation.  For sensitive skinned Mavens or contact lense wearing folk this cleanser doesn't leave any residue on lenses or lashes.  Furthermore, I've found it doubles as an all over face cleanser which removes foundation and makeup in a few quick wipes.  Pop it in the fridge for an extra cooling and calming effect!

The airless pump delivery system also helps keep the remover fresh and sterile while controling the amount dispensed.  Definitely no wastage here.

Over time and true to its claim to condition lashes it did deliver.  My lashes didn't feel dry after cleansing or washing.  In addition, I also noticed less lash loss and breakage.

Overall Lash Conditioning is a great remover which I recommend to anyone in need of this product.  The dual use as a facial cleanser is also great saving you $$$ and valuable real estate in your bathroom vanity.
